ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

Environmental sustainability is the responsibility to conserve natural resources and protect global ecosystems to support health and wellbeing, now and in the future. Because so many decisions that impact the environment are not felt immediately, a key element of environmental sustainability is its forward-looking nature.  What Is Environmental Sustainability? Human wellbeing is closely linked to the health of the environment. Around the world, 24% of deaths can be traced back to avoidable environmental factors, according to the World Health Organization. People need clean air to breathe, fresh water to drink, and places to live that are free of toxic substances and hazards. As we begin to experience the long-term consequences of exponential industrial growth and energy use, we must act to reverse these effects and prevent further damage, ensuring we have healthy places to live for generations to come. For businesses, it means committing to environmentally sustainable practices to help

NATURAL RESOURCES DEPLETION

Natural resource depletion is a global environmental issue that threatens the livelihoods of billions of people on our planet. Natural resource depletion is caused by poor environmental human practises and mismanagement. It has an impact on the health of our planet and all of its species, including humans. The solution is to modify human behaviour and modernise technology in order to be environmentally friendly. Natural resource depletion is a global environmental issue that threatens the livelihoods of billions of people on our planet. ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS

From ages, humans have a deep bond with the environment they live in and belong to. Through all these years though, neither man nor nature ever harmed each other in anyway possible. But now-a-days, human beings are so engrossed in a world of their own, they have forgotten the environment they are currently living in and instead they have started damaging that same environment. In order to further describe this situation, I have selected the topic "Environmental Awareness" which will wholly or at least partially revolve around the causes, effects and need of the hour to save the environment.  Environmental Awareness refers to understanding the fragility and the survival of the environment and to act responsibly to all that is taking place. The environment needs to be protected and kept safe from all dangers and harms. Only then can the aura and surroundings be pleasant to live in. Everyone must take responsibility for their future generations. There are many environmental issu

ARUNACHAL PRADESH

The lush mountains of Arunachal Pradesh are home to hundreds of bird species, some of which are rare migratory birds. While the entire state boosts a large number of avian faunae, with the hornbill being the state bird, many estranged resident birds are also found here.  Arunachal Pradesh is a favourite birding destination for birders from India and abroad. The state has some beautiful sanctuaries which dot its hilly and heavily forested terrain. Around fourteen winter migratory bird species come to Arunachal Pradesh. Some of the migratory birds which arrive during the winter are the Amur Falcon, which flies from Siberia to the Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh. Tirap is its stopover area for a few weeks before it flies to South Africa. Then there is the endangered Black Necked crane from Tibet flying into the remote region of Zemithang in the Tawang district.  Recently three new species of migratory birds were found in the Ziro district- the Spotted Redshank, the Black-Headed Gull a
